We tell you what we will not do
There are jobs that are wrong for a property, and there are buildings where the answer is genuinely no. A mansion block with a blanket policy on external alterations. A system that would need a compressor at 900 pounds on a machine worth 1,200. A heat pump on a house that needs insulation first. In all of those cases we say so and lose the work, because the alternative is a customer who feels sold to.
The price is fixed before we start
The survey is free. The price after it is written, itemised, and lists what is included and what is not. It changes only if you change the job. Everything that could reasonably add cost on a job like yours is identified on the survey, not discovered on the day. The installation photographs are our own jobs
Every photograph of an installation on this site is one of ours: real pipework, real brackets, a real London wall. There is no stock photography of smiling families in front of a white wall unit anywhere on it.
Two things on the site are not ours and we would rather say so than have you find out. The photographs of the boroughs are licensed images of those places, credited underneath each one. The short loop behind the heading at the top of a desktop page is licensed stock footage; the one you see on a phone is our own work. Everything that shows a job, a price or a piece of equipment we fitted is ours.
We do not publish claims we cannot evidence
There is no review score typed onto this site: the reviews live on Google and Trustpilot, where we cannot edit them. There are no accreditation badges we do not hold. When a certification is issued in this name it will go on the site with its number, and until then the site will look slightly emptier than a competitor's. That is the correct trade.
